Module B is not authorised until its activation is signed after the gate. An undecided token model is never bundled with an unconditional commitment to ship on mainnet — that trade looks efficient and settles late. 模块 B 须在关口之后另行签署激活，才算获得授权。未定性的代币模型，绝不与无条件的主网交付承诺捆绑 — 这种捆绑看着省事，代价都在后面。

Independent advice holds only when the adviser has nothing to sell you. Bonding Labs acts solely as a professional adviser and — where a signed SOW says so — as a developer. Design risk and legal risk stay separable right up to the moment you promise a delivery date for a token you haven't classified. The gate keeps them apart, which is why it sits before the build rather than inside it. 设计风险和法律风险本来是两件事 — 直到你为一个尚未定性的代币许下交付日期。分类关口把两者隔开，所以它设在开发之前，而不是开发过程之中。
Non-redeemable is a mechanism, not a sentence不可赎回是机制，不是一句话
A token's rights boundary is set by what the contract does, not by the paragraph printed under it. If redemption, interest or a claim on an asset lives in the mechanics, no disclaimer removes it — which is why our baseline design is non-redeemable and bears no interest. 代币的权利边界由合约的行为决定，不由下面那段免责声明决定。机制里只要存在赎回、利息或对资产的请求权，任何措辞都消不掉 — 所以我们的设计基线是不可赎回、不计息。
The adviser cannot be the issuer顾问不能同时是发行方
Advice that only pays off if the issuance goes ahead has stopped being advice. Staying off the issuer's side of the table is what makes it possible to tell a client the project should not proceed. 只有在发行成行时才有回报的建议，已经不是建议。不坐到发行方那一侧，才说得出「这个项目不该继续」。
